What is your policy for Alcohol?

IF YOU PLAN TO BRING ALCOHOL AND YOU HAVE MINORS ONBOARD WITHOUT A PARENT PRESENT, YOUR CHARTER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CANCELED AND YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL PAYMENTS. WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR MINORS ATTEMPTING TO DRINK ALCOHOL WHILE ONBOARD OUR CHARTER. WE WILL CHECK ALL ID’S. LAZY DAZE BOAT RENTALS WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO OUR GUESTS. 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

• Cancel less than 48 hours before of booking- you will be required to pay the full rental amount
• Cancel within 2-6 days of booking – we will keep your deposit, but willing to work with you depending on the situation
• Cancel up to 7 days in advance – full refund

Is there a weight limit on your boats?

Yes, the boats have a 2,000 pound combined weight limit for all passengers.

Weather cancellation policy?

We DO NOT cancel due to bad weather forecast.

If there is a chance of bad weather we will be in contact with you during the day, up until your scheduled booking time. If weather prevents us from getting on the water, you will receive a full refund.

What to bring?

Swimsuit, cooler, drinks, all food is welcome, towel if needed, and a smile.

Where do I park?

There’s designated parking for boat rentals available at the marina, however they charge $15/car. We recommend car pooling as much as possible.

Upon arrival, please call/text your captain and start walking down towards the marina to meet them.

Can we drive the boat ourselves?

Unfortunately we can’t allow guests to drive our boats. Our experienced captains are the only ones allowed to drive our boats.

Are pets allowed?

We do not allow pets due to marina restrictions.

Can you pick us up from a different location?

For a preferred pick up location, a 20% gratuity for captain will be automatically applied to your bill as well as a $25-$50 charge depending on the location.

Can I fish off the boat?

If you bring your own pole and gear, you are more than welcome to fish.

Can we tube behind the Pontoon boat?

Music?

Each of our boats come with a high quality stereo system with either Bluetooth or Auxiliary Cord capabilities. Anyone is welcome to DJ or you can ask your captain to throw on a playlist for you.

How much do we tip the captain?

Our captains are highly experienced and work hard to give you and your party the best possible lake experience. A tip (or Captain’s fee) of 20% is considered customary in the business, although you are welcome to tip more or less depending on your preferences and experience on the lake. You can tip with your card, cash, or thru Venmo.
